Diversity in Music Matters
Pioneer Music Mentor Programme

Our Pioneers, mentor young female artists one-on-one, to help with the next stage of their career. In parallel, they completed the first Music Foundation programme covering topics including campaign management, social media, songwriting and getting gigs with industry Q&A's each week. Thank you to our Pioneer Mentors, and our first cohort of mentees, who have made the first imprint on the industry to tackling diversity. Apply for our FREE 4-week second cohort starting September 2020.
